· Hanging fixtures less than 22” high come standard with 12’ of wire and 6’ of chain. Hanging fixtures over 22” high come standard with 17’ of wire and 6’ of chain.

· Harris Marcus Home is not responsible for packaging changes that may result in additional freight charges.

· Receipt or possession of this price sheet does not constitute an agreement to sell.

· Orders submitted do not constitute agreement to sell. All orders are subject to factory approval.

· Fixture numbers not listed in this Price List are no longer available.

· Harris Marcus Home reserves the right to refuse shipment of customer’s purchase order when we feel the destination is outside the distributor’s normal trading area.

· All fixtures are UL and CSA listed.

· Harris Marcus Home reserves the right to make changes in the construction and design of product without prior written notice when may be required by law or UL regulations.
