Guarantee: Harris Marcus Home products are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from date of invoice against any manufacturing defects. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at HMH option. Wattage listed is suggested and is subject to change without notice according to UL and CSA specifications. Improper lamping may result in fixture damage and will void our guarantee.

Outdoor Lighting Guarantee: Harris Marcus Home outdoor products are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from date of invoice against any manufacturing defects withthe exception of fixtures finished in Polished Brass. Harris Marcus is not responsible for any discoloration that may occur to outdoor Polished Brass fixtures.

Trisyn Lighting Guarantee: Harris Marcus Home Trisyn products are unconditionally guaranteed for three years from date of purchase to be free from any manufacturing defects & discoloration.

Terms: Net 30 days on approved credit. Invoices paid beyond terms are subject to 1% monthly charge.

Returns: No return will be accepted without a prior written Return Good Authorization (RGA) from the factory and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Authorized returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid via carrier designated by Harris Marcus Home and in original factory carton(s).

Minimum Order: A handling charge of $20.00 will be added to any order less than $100.00. Broken master packs are subject to a 15% surcharge.

Freight: Full freight allowed on orders over $1,800.00 (within the Continental U.S.) To qualify for freight allowance, the invoice must be paid within HMH’s terms and a copy of the freight bill must accompany the remittance. Harris Marcus Home reserves the right to select carriers on all shipments, e.g., UPS, RPS or Common Carrier.

Drop Ship Charge: A drop ship charge of $5.00 will be added to any order less than $250.00. This applies to any Harris Marcus Home order that must drop ship beyond the address of standard warehouse and/or store location.
